Staff Selection Commission is one of the most desirable organisations which conduct the government exams in India. SSC CHSL is conducted by Staff Selection Commission for selecting the eligible candidates. A large number of candidates appear for the exams which are conducted for the recruitment in Departments/ Ministries / Organisations of the Government of India. The recruitment for the posts are done like postal assistants, data entry operator, Lower divisional clerk, sorting assistant and Court clerk.
SSC CHSL Notification
On 5th march, 2019 SSC CHSL notification will be out. The application will be out on 5th march, 2019 and the candidates interested can apply for this. The candidates can be remaining updated by regularly visiting the official website for SSC exam. The notification will be out on 5th march, 2019 and the candidates must properly fill the application form. There are 5134 vacancies for SSC CHSL recruitment and the candidates can applied for it. The details about the vacancies can be checked through official website of staff selection commission. Earlier there were 3271 vacancies so this time the vacancies are more so the candidates must prepare well so that they can get recruited.

SSC CHSL Online Application
The candidates who are interested SSC CHSL 2019 must apply for it online. From 5th march, 2019 the candidates can apply for the vacancies and the last date for SSC CHSL apply online is 5th April, 2019.
- The application fee is Rs 100 and the fee is exempted for females, SC, ST, Ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.
- The application fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card or net banking or through SBI challan. The form of challan will be generated online.
- If the candidates who want to pay in cash have to pay through challan. After the part 1 registration and after paying the challan, part 2 registration should be completed. The candidates after filling the registration number and date of birth can start the part 2 Registration.
SSC CHSL Exam Dates

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria
The candidates can check the eligibility criteria for staff selection commission CHSL 2019. Those candidates who will not fulfil the eligibility criteria will not be eligible for the exam. Following are the parameters which the candidates must fulfil before the applying for SSC CHSL vacancies:-
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate must be 18-27 years as on 01.08.2019 and the candidate should be not be born before 2.08.1992 and after 01.08.2002
- It is important for the candidates to have passed 12th standard from recognized board or university.
SSC CHSL Admit Card
It is very important for the candidates to bring the admit card with them as without that the candidates can not appear for the SSC exam.The candidates can download the admit card from the official website of staff selection commission. Firstly the admit card of SSC tier-1 exam will be released by the SSC. The candidates can download it easily and the download link will be provided on the official website. It will be activated as soon as the notification for the admit card will be released. It is important for the candidates to regularly check the official website of SSC as the admit card can be released anytime before the exam.
SSC CHSL Exam Pattern
The candidates who will be appearing for the SSC exam, it is important for them to know the exam pattern. The candidates after knowing the exam pattern can score well as they will get to know how they should plan for the exam. The exam will be conducted online. Following is the exam pattern

Earlier the time limit for the SSC tier-1 exam was 75 minutes but now the time limit is 60 minutes. The tier 1 exam will of 200 marks and the time limit will be 60 minutes. For SSC Tier-2 exam the minimum qualifying marks will be 33% and the questions will be 10th class level. For the candidates who are suffering from cerebral palsy and visually handicapped will be given 80 minutes for the exam. And for some of the posts Tier – 3 i.e. skill test is required.
SSC CHSL Exam Syllabus
The candidates who will appear for the CHSL 2019 must know the exam syllabus for all the tiers. In the tier -1 the subjects for which they must download the syllabus are quantitative aptitude, English comprehension, general awareness, general intelligence and reasoning. The candidates must check before they mark the answer as for every wrong answer there will be negative marking of 0.5 marks. The candidates must start the preparation according to the syllabus.
